two.1.4) Short description

Scottish Procurement is considering the establishment of a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Digital Technology and Cyber Services to replace the current Digital and Technology Services DPS 2.0.

Strategic analysis will look to develop and build upon the current DPS which is due to expire in February 2022. The current DPS provides access to a range of digital skills, including cyber expertise as well as supporting the delivery of Agile projects with lots dedicated to Digital Projects, Digital Resources and Cyber Security Services.

The lotting structure of the new DPS is anticipated to be as follows:

Lot 1 - Digital Projects

Lot 2 - Digital Resources

Lot 3 - Digital Training

Lot 4 - Cyber Security

Consideration is being given to the future of any DPS in terms of scope (as listed above) and Scottish Procurement would appreciate Suppliers interested in participating to submit their views/comments, particularly in regard to the wider technology scope and continued use of a DPS for these services.
