FLS has a requirement to establish a framework agreement with external contractors to maintain its buildings to a safe and legally compliant condition as well as providing upgrades and improvements.
The duration of the framework agreement will be 4 years with no optional extension periods. FLS will be appointing a maximum of 3 contractors to each Lot.
