two.2.4) Description of the procurement
NHS Lanarkshire has started the procurement for a design and delivery partner for the Monklands Replacement Project (MRP). The NEC Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) will be used for the enabling works and main build contracts. NHS Lanarkshire is considering appointing an NEC Supervisor and clerk of works services for those ECC contracts i.e. services from around 2023 to 2029. The likes of a technical advisor and independent tester could be required. In order to inform the possible procurement, NHS Lanarkshire would like to talk to the market and understand the types of services offered and the requirements for the services.
