We are tendering for a Single Supplier who can Installation/Uninstallation And Repair Domestic Appliances To Swansea Council Local Authority Tenants As Part Of A Furnished Tenancy. Appliances will include Electric Cookers, Washing Machines & Fridge freezers, all standard type models. Estimated 100 job requests per month, which is only an estimate of Swansea Council's average usage, this is not a guaranteed. The provision of services will be to council properties throughout the Swansea area consisting of a mix of tenanted and void properties. Appliances will be delivered, unwrapped and sited close to connection points by Swansea Council.
