The Authority is looking to appoint a single Supplier to provide services to support young people in Liverpool aged 16-17 and those aged up to 25 with an Education, Health, Care Plan, (EHCP) who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) with the aim of moving those young people into appropriate positive activity. The Authority has identified 3 strands of engagement services which will be required.

3. Information, advice and guidance officers.

The Authority is looking to appoint a single Supplier to provide services to support young people in Liverpool aged 16-17 and those aged up to 25 with an Education, Health, Care Plan, (EHCP) who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) with the aim of moving those young people into appropriate positive activity. The Authority has identified 3 strands of engagement services which will be required.

The Council expect the service delivery to be out in the community. The Suppler will therefore be required to manage a team of people across multiple locations.

Referrals to the services will be provided by the council and the supplier will be expected to update the councils NCCIS database with details of their interventions.
