Coach Hire ServicesWe are seeking a coach transport provider to provide driven transport to and from the University of Portsmouth. In main this will be to sports venues across the South, including London, they will be responsible for transporting student sports teams to and from their sports fixtures. Most journeys will depart from the Portsmouth, Drivers may be required to make multiple stops to different venues. There may be additional requirements for Student field trips, this will include transport between various destinations for either one or over several days, with occassional requirement for a drivers overnight stay. Only providers meeting all mandatory requirements plus proven capacity, suitable experience, licences, and insurance can be considered. two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Coach Hire ServicesWe are seeking a coach transport provider to provide driven transport to and from the University of Portsmouth. In main this will be to sports venues across the south-east, including London, they will be responsible for transporting student sports teams to and from their sports fixtures. Most journeys will depart from the Portsmouth campus where students will be collected from a specific central point. Drivers may be required to make multiple stops/collection points when transporting more than one sports team to different venues. We would expect the provider to work with us to provide cost-effective transport options based on logistics and their available fleet. Where possible we would like to group journeys and clubs to ensure there is an effective use of resources. There may be additional requirements for Student trips, including Field trips, this will include transport between various destinations, occassional requirement for drivers to stay overnight and provide driving services throughout the field trip location over several days. Vehicle Fleet - As part of the tender requirements we would you to have full acccess to a range of vehicles on a suitable scale in terms of their passenger capacity, including 30 seat, 49-53 seat and large coach 63 seat or larger.
