B2G.services plan to tender a national framework for use by contracting authorities with residential housing stock across mainland UK wishing to protect, clear and clean void properties within their portfolio, to prevent trespass, vandalism and theft, and to assure the site is clean, tidy, and safe both the to the general public and to those working to repair, refurbish and re-let the property.

Suppliers must be able to offer a comprehensive all-in-one service comprising property protection, clearance and cleaning services together with a call centre facility capable of offering both business and out-of-hours service to co-ordinate all of the above.

B2G.services are tendering and managing this framework on behalf of and under the auspices of Gold Hill Housing Association t/a Gold Hill Care, who have tasked us with supporting contracting authorities across the UK and their chosen suppliers to build and maintain public property under their ownership or management and, in so doing, to deliver commercial and social value.
