Tenderers must provide the land, design and construction and ensure completion of the scheme(s) for the (DfC) Housing Association Guide, and, more generally, the Employer's Requirements and statutory body requirements. Tenderers should be providing information on their proposals site(s) for the delivery of a contract(s). This information should include the location of their proposed site(s), the site(s) size and proposed number of units, information that the site(s) are not registered with any other housing association. As part of the quality submission, tenderers should present proposals for the development of the proposed site(s). Further information in relation to the contract is contained within the Momorandum of Information issued as part of this package.
