The contract is to start in July 2022 and will be an initial 5 year contract with the potential to extend for a further 5 years; based on a 3 year and 2 year extension. The tender will be split into 2 Lots - London and the South East and the Midlands.

The works required by the Contracts, include but are not restricted to:• Pitched Roofing, including the likes of interlocking tiles, clay tiles, fibrous slates, low pitched clay tiles, pantiles and other specialist tiles.• Flat Roofing potentially including the likes of green roofs, as well as the more standard types of flat roof covering.• Roof Line Goods including, guttering, rainwater goods, fascia’s, soffits, bargeboards and other associated items.• PV Panels.• Asbestos removal associated with roof replacement and roof line works.• Roof Insulation.• Other associated items such as dormers, Velux roof lights, coping stones, re-pointing, etc.

It is intended that the contracts will commence in July 2022, and run for a period of five years with the option for renewal, as decided by PA Housing, for an extension of up to a further three years plus two years. The maximum duration of the contracts is therefore ten years.
