Denbighshire County Council are looking to procure a suitably qualified and accredited asbestos/environmental consultant to carry out work to its portfolio.

The scope of the work will include, but is not limited to-

1. Surveys and reinspections of domestic properties (dependant on new regulations/guidance)

2. Reinspections of all areas that fall under CAR2012 Reg 4 (Schools, commercial units, community centres, garage sites, communal blocks, sheltered units, shops and Public buildings)

3. Demolition and refurbishment surveys of properties (including schools) as required

4. Bulk sample and analysis

5. Reassurance air testing when required

6. Analytical work and site supervision of asbestos removal works

7. SEM analysis

8. Water absorption testing

9. Consultancy advice where required

10. Asbestos awareness training.
