The Open University are inviting tenders for the provision of Refrigeration Maintenance at the Open University premises at Milton Keynes, Manchester, Nottingham and Wellingborough Warehouse.The maintenance service includes planned maintenance, inspection and testing, maintenance repairs, emergency maintenance and keeping records to comply with the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations.The refrigeration equipment includes cassette and split type cooling systems, air cooled package chillers, AHU DX coil and chilled water circuits, unitary cooling units, adiabatic evaporative coolers and catering facility cold rooms and freezers.The Contract shall commence on the 1st April 2024 for a period of 3 years plus the option to extend for 12 monthsThe OU is of the opinion that TUPE shall apply to this contract.
