Description

The City of London Corporation is planning the demolition of the existing structures at the London Wall West site, including the former Museum of London and Bastion House, to facilitate a major redevelopment project. The demolition works are expected to commence in 2028, following the relocation of the Museum of London to its new site in West Smithfield. The project will involve careful deconstruction of the existing buildings, management of heritage considerations, and preparation of the site for subsequent construction phases. The works will be conducted in a complex urban environment, requiring meticulous planning to minimize disruption to the surrounding areas.

This is not a call for competition and no tender documents are available at this time.
