This commission is expected to amount to the further development of existing early design concepts from RIBA stages 3 onwards right through to stage 6 inclusive, with a basic early review of the stage 2 work. The Authority is looking to appoint a lead consultant designer, who will provide all applicable specialist designers (Structural Engineer, M&E Designers, Fire Consultants, & Quantity Surveyors etc as applicable), to provide a full and complete design and project management service to undertake the full development of the design and manage the construction work.

The term of the contract shall be from March 2022 and ending with the completion of the Adelaide in November 2023. The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 17th January 2022.
