The WMCA intend to establish a framework of suitable suppliers, with the capacity and capability to supply, install and maintain technology that will enable us, and our local authority partners to count the users of various active travel modes.

For the avoidance of doubt, in addition to the WMCA, the authorities able to access this framework will be:
