Opportunity Sheffield is seeking providers who will supply a 10-day training course focused on enhancing employability and preparing participants to secure work within a Business Administration role. The objective of the Sector Routeway is to prepare individuals for the business administration workplace with essential employability skills, being familiarised with employers’ expectations, including standards of behaviour in the workplace (see Strand 2 Outputs and Outcomes listed above), incorporating a knowledge of the sector, minimum basic essential skills, and training to help participants succeed and achieve sustained employment, the training shall also help develop participants’ job application and interview skills and support their transition into work placements and ultimately employment.
