• The provision of around the clock, seven days a week manned security guarding presence at the market and the daily operation of security related technical solutions (e.g. CCTV, access control equipment and patrol management systems including enforcement services).

• The local site management of security related maintenance contracts (e.g. CCTV and access control) on behalf of The Authority.

• The successful Contractor must be a member of the Security Industry Association (SIA) Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) and must remain a member of this scheme for the duration of the contract period. In the event that the Contractor loses their ACS accreditation (for any reason), they must inform The Authority immediately and provide a schedule detailing what measures will be undertaken (with timelines) to confirm re-accreditation.
