As the current Framework for Supply and Delivery of General Building Materials is coming to an end, the Authority wishes to re-tender for the provision of General Building Materials with a single supplier. The predominant users within the Council of this Framework Agreement will be:
The internal Responsive Repairs Unit (RRU/H&C) who deal with planned compliance and responsive works for the Council housing stock.
The Building Services team who deal with the day to day repairs and maintenance that are needed throughout the remainder of the Council’s building assets.
However, it should be noted that it is intended that any Council requirement for General Building Materials will be put through this Framework Agreement.
