Wealden District Council (‘the Council’) are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to act as Principal Contractor in the design and construction (RIBA stages 4 – 7) of new affordable housing, including external works and drainage at the Streatfeild House Uckfield site.The Streatfeild House site consists of a large two-storey building consisting of 43 flats, a communal lounge and office plus outbuildings with hard and soft landscaped areas. The building is empty and secured. The building was built in the late 1970sFull details are included in the document set.
