This service is currently managed by a mixture of in-house Operatives mixed with several contractors throughout the North & Tameside regions. It is our intention to outsource the whole of the Asset Management Communal Window Cleaning Service and split into two Lots. The first, Lot 1 – North which covers parts of Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire & Merseyside, the second, Lot 2 – Tameside area and the third, Lot 3 – Midlands. Bidders can apply for one Lot, tow or all three Lots.

The initial contract for 3 years with an option of an additional year and consist of the following number per Lot
