The proposed contract will be for the reactive repairs and maintenance of the Authority's housing stock. Void management services are within the scope of the services to be provided under the proposed contract. Cyclical maintenance and planned replacement works and gas maintenance and servicing will not fall within the scope of the services.The provision of the repairs, maintenance and the voids management services will be based on a Schedule of Rates.The Authority intends to enter into a 5 year contract term with the possibility of a further 5 year extension. Suppliers and interested parties are notified that the Authority aims to secure Social Value benefit from its procurement. In advance of the publication of the tender, the Authority proposes to host a Market Engagement event to take place early in January 2022. Further details will be made available to suppliers and interested parties in due course via this e-Sourcing portal.
