It is Norfolk County Council's intention to let a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) with a range of registered social landlords and developers to facilitate the delivery of specialist housing units in Norfolk. Norfolk County Council is committed to helping people to live independently for as long as possible. This means having appropriate supported housing available in the right locations, at the right time and with the right characteristics to keep people independent. The estimate value contained in this notice is for the programme as a whole and not for an individual scheme. Please Note: care and support commissioning is not part of this DPS. This DPS is for landlords or developers only (although landlords who also have a care function can be admitted). Landlords that also have a care function will still be required to be admitted onto Norfolk County Council care frameworks to deliver care and support in Norfolk.
