Thurrock Council sought a Provider to deliver an advocacy service that will offer a single gateway and coherent service pathway, which will meet all relevant statutory advocacy obligations alongside a range of non-statutory interventions, information and resources to support and empower individuals. The services to be provided are:• Care Act Advocacy (CAA)• Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA). • Independent Complaints Advocacy Services (ICAS)• Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) – (including Paid Relevant Person Representative)
