This is a market engagement exercise to inform Hampshire County Council's procurement strategy for Arboriculture Services.
Hampshire County Council is carrying out a market engagement to assist in understanding the market's approach to the provision of arboriculture services, to include but not limited to, the maintenance of trees, including pruning, crown raising, crown thinning and reduction, complete removal and disposal of trees, broken branches, dead wood, stump removal etc.
The council may divide the Framework into 3 or 4 geographical lots.
Registration and completion of the questionnaire does not constitute an expression of interest in any tender, nor is it a Selection Questionnaire.
Responses will not be used to evaluate organisations, create a shortlist or guarantee inclusion or exclusion from any resulting tender exercise.
Organisations will not be advantaged or disadvantaged by responding to the questionnaire.
The questionnaire is to obtain feedback from the market to inform the Council's procurement strategy only.
Any subsequent tender which may be issued will require formal registration and appropriate assessment.

The provision of Arboriculture Services to include but not limited to the maintenance of trees, for example remedial tree works such as removing fallen trees, broken branches, dead wood, stump removal etc. Emergency call outs within 2 hours, and out of hour attendance.
