Five ‘double-district’ Lots as explained further in II.2.4 below are being procured to ensure the diverse needs of the victims and survivors living in these areas can be met through the provision of a tailored service in each double-district.Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to "express interest" which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.
