Home Group wish to appoint a Framework Partner to supply an extensive range of Building Material products. The Framework will fully support both our Direct Labour Organisation in the North East of England and our Sub Contractor clients in all mainland UK.

Materials are required to be made available on the following basis:

Home Group require a Main Store(s) for the provision of materials, this must be located within the North East of England with supporting branches in the same region to support our Direct Labour Organisation.

Materials to be supplied UK wide to a variety of sub-Contractors undertaking planned works.

Home Group will need to be consulted on the choice of dedicated store(s) site and retain the right of veto over final site selection.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Tenderers should note that the Contract is a Framework contract and orders under it will be made by Home Group as and when required. Home Group can offer no guarantee that any orders will be placed under the Contract. However, tenderers can note that Home Group has over 55,000 properties within its portfolio and has constant requirements for materials for repairs and maintenance and planned work activities.
