North Kesteven District Council requires a single Supplier to undertake a planned preventative maintenance, emergency out-of-hours service programme, system monitoring and a cleaning service (external & internal glazing and entrance mats). The programme is mainly at the Main offices on Kesteven Street, Sleaford, The Hub at Eastgate, Sleaford and at the Depot on Scoley Court, Metheringham. However, other named properties are also included within the requirements for servicing and maintenance.

North Kesteven District Council requires a single Supplier to undertake a planned preventative maintenance, emergency out-of-hours service programme, system monitoring and a cleaning service (external & internal glazing and entrance mats). The programme is mainly at the Main offices on Kesteven Street, Sleaford, The Hub at Eastgate, Sleaford and at the Depot on Scoley Court, Metheringham. However, other named properties are also included within the requirements for servicing and maintenance.
The contract is to start on 1 April 2023 and initially will be for the Main Council Offices at Sleaford including the Associated named properties and the HUB. The servicing and maintenance at Depot in Metheringham will be included from 12 September 2023. Eslaforde Gardens, Sleaford Telecare servicing will be included from 1 June 2023.
The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with all services co-terminating on 31 March 2026, and shall have the option to be extended for an additional 2 years ending on 31 March 2028 (5 years in total).
