Notting Hill Genesis (“NHG”) and Transport for London ("TFL") are seeking to award a Contract (“the Contract”) for the provision of an Energy Service Company (ESCO) to take on a long-term services contract to operate the heat network and provide heat services to residents at our Kidbrooke development in South East London. The winning tenderer will enter the contract with NHG's and TFL's Joint Venture, Kidbrooke Partnership LLP.

Notting Hill Genesis and Transport for London (TfL) are working together in joint venture partnership as Kidbrooke Partnership LLP (KPLLP) to deliver the Kidbrooke Square development in Greenwich, London.

The winning Tenderer will enter the contract with Kidbrooke Partnership LLP

We are seeking an expert provider who we can trust to deliver an excellent heat service to customers, with the specialist knowledge, skills and resources to ensure high standards at affordable prices, representing best value for money for end-users.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Notting Hill Genesis (“NHG”) is seeking to award a Contract (“the Contract”) for the provision of an Energy Service Company (ESCO) to take on a long-term services contract to operate the heat network and provide heat services to residents at our Kidbrooke development in South East London.

Notting Hill Genesis and Transport for London (TfL) are working together in joint venture partnership as Kidbrooke Partnership LLP (KPLLP) to deliver the Kidbrooke Square development in Greenwich, London.

The winning Tenderer will enter the contract with Kidbrooke Partnership LLP not NHG or TFL.

The scheme will comprise approximately 619 residential units and commercial units. An on-site heat network will serve the whole development once constructed, to provide heating and hot water to occupiers of the new residential and non-residential premises. Contractors appointed by NHG will design and build the Energy System.
