The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent requires general and specialist cleaning Services across its Force area currently consisting of over 39 Premises of varying size, throughout a geographical area encompassing the five local authority areas of Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen.

The Commissioner currently has two local police authorities (LPA) divided into Newport in the East and Blackwood in the West a Police headquarters in Llantarnam and numerous smaller police stations and other buildings.

The contractor shall provide cleaning services at the premises comprising of, but not limited to; general

cleaning, specialist area cleaning, crime scene decontamination and sudden death call-out cleaning, vehicle cleaning, window cleaning and call-out cleaning.
