Conditions of participation
This tender will be scored 80% quality and 20% pricing on a price/quality separated basis. We are doing conditions of participation questions (this is not being used to limit the market); applicants must score a minimum of 80% on the marked quality section to be invited to the presentation stage. The presentation stage will be a face to face presentation and activity involving youth panel members which will include questions from the evaluation panel. Following the presentation any providers scoring 80% overall on the quality, including the presentation score, will then be evaluated on their pricing.
