A competitive procurement for the award of a single Maintenance Services contract for the provision of M&E, Fabric and Fire Systems Maintenance and Repair Services across four different TfL business units.
The proposed contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 2 years.
Interested parties registered on Transport for London's SAP Ariba system and requested access to the procurement event.
Interested parties were issued the Specification, Performance requirements, and Contract and submitted a Supplier Qualification. Those who were successful in getting through to the next stage were invited to ITT stage.
