The contract will enable The Authority to appoint suitably qualified and technically engaged Contractors to deliver the retrofit of energy efficient measures to 600 units across Westmorland & Furness and Cumberland in line with PAS 2030 and 2035. The works and services will be allocated in multiple batches each year, over a two-year programme.

The Contractor must comply with the requirements of all current editions of BSI PAS 2035/2030.

The Contract requires the provision of retrofit assessment, design, co-ordination and all sign offs of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEM), the majority of which will usually be carried out in privately owned domestic properties.
