The Contract will mainly be for treatment of Rats, Mice and Cockroaches but on occasion, Midland Heart will need the Contractor to deal with all pests listed below (list not exhaustive) - RatsBird mitesFliesMiceLiceDust MitesCockroachesFleasAntsBed BugsWaspsSilverfishSquirrelsHornets The only exceptions are protected species and honeybees (where Midland Heart will decide on how to proceed following advice from the Contractor).The services will be delivered direct through the Contractors own staff and will not be subcontracted without written permission from Midland Heart.The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure’s including Void properties, General Needs properties, Retirement and Supported Living properties, Home Options (Leasehold and Shared Ownership) properties and Mutual Properties. The Contract is expected to commence on the 6th of March 2023.
