Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is seeking to commission the services of a suitably experienced ‘specialist’ consultancy, to progress development proposals/options, offer current commercial market advice and identify suitable retail/businesses partners to form part of a Council led development on a currently vacant parcel of brownfield land known as Station Square, Ebbw Vale up to conclusion of RIBA Plan of Work Stage 3.
