Portland House & Carter House are already an established Extra Care scheme and the contract is due to commence on the Monday 3rd April 2023.
The service will be available to Adults aged 55+ who are ordinarily resident and/ or living in the borough of St Helens.
The contract will run for an initial 3-year period from 3rd April 2023, subject to an annual review, with an option of two 12-month extension periods.
Following completion of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process, the Council will contact Applicants to advise them if they have been successful or not in going forward to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage.
Bidders should note that TUPE will apply.
