This tender is offered as an invitation to tender for a service agreement with Sheffield Hallam University to provide a flexible range of research support consultancy services, focused on grant writing and staff development. In line with the Transforming Lives University strategy, the goal is to build research capacity and grow research and knowledge exchange income. The University has an initial two year fixed term requirement for the provision of specialist research support consultancy services to enhance the professional development of research staff alongside the submission of grant and funding applications to bodies such as UKRI, NIHR, European Commission, and other reputable funding bodies. Subject to a successful review this may be extended. The requirement is for the successful party to support these funding bid development and submission activities, along with delivering targeted horizon scanning and staff development workshops and seminars, to develop a sustainable and high quality programme of research across the University.

This tender specification is offered as an invitation to tender for a service agreement with Sheffield Hallam University to provide a flexible range of research support consultancy services, focused on grant writing and staff development.
