Scope
Description
8 Blocks at Clent Way & Kitwell Lane require the pitched roof, fascia and guttering to be replaced due to the age of the roofs. The roofs have deteriorated which is causing multiple leaks. There are further issues with asbestos containing materials found in the loft spaces and particularly encasing the roof rafters and also bats roosting in some of the loft spaces. We are wanting to complete 3 roof replacements in 2025/2026 and the remaining will be to be programmed in the following 1-2 years based on budgets. We will be appointing a Roof Consultancy to complete surveys and tender documents, prior to tendering going live.
