Thanet District Council is seeking to procure a communal cleaning service for the communal areas of Council owned housing stock and for community halls. Properties are located across the Thanet district with a majority situated in Margate and Ramsgate. A high quality of service is important for this contract, as we and our residents care about the cleanliness of the estates and homes where they live.
The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 14 April 2023 for a duration of two years, with two options to extend at 12 months each, at the sole discretion of the Council.
