Description of options

Due to the reactive nature of the work, the number of housekeeping staff required for weekdays and weekends shift pattern may change depending on changing demand. Where there is potential to change the number of staff required, NHSGJ reserve the right to utilise the expertise and purchase from the awarded Contractor.

Companies House.

All staff delivering the Housekeeping Staff Service have a Standard PVG disclosure.

It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded

contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:

Employers (Compulsory) Liability Insurance - maintain a minimum indemnity limit of GBP 5 million in respect of each claim, and without

limit to the number of claims.

SPD (Scotland) Question 4B5c:

Financial Status:

Economic Operators are required to provide copies of their last 3 years accounts.

Economic Operators must complete the Financial Status Matrix, which is provided within the additional documents section of the portal.

Economic Operators with a score of 50 and above will be deemed to have evidenced financial stability to complete this Contract.

Economic Operators who do not meet a score of 50 will not be considered.
