It is intended that the framework will be divided into multiple lots; and final decisions around the formation and number of lots will be made following market engagement. The framework lots intend to cover, but are not limited to, the following areas of estates and facilities services; Heating and plumbing (inc PPM and Reactive),Water compliance, Electrical services (inc PPM and Reactive),Gritting, Generators, Asbestos, Gates and barriers, Grounds maintenance, Security, Lifts, Surveying and building valuations.
