This contract is for the supply of Heating Spares including Boilers . Sanctuary’s inhouse Property Services Team provide repairs and maintenance for Sanctuary’s portfolio of properties including social housing (general rented), voids, student accommodation, Care Homes and supported accommodation throughout England and Scotland. The Property Services Team includes the Gas Operations Team whose engineers are responsible for carrying out servicing and repairs on domestic and commercial heating systems, as a consequence the Group are seeking a distributor / merchant to provide Heating Spares throughout England and Scotland.
