Affinity Water is preparing to go to tender to have a supply chain to deliver the AMP8 and 9 capital works. The AMP8 and 9 regulatory period will run from April 2025 to March 2035. The estimated total value of AMP8 is £450,000,000 and a similar amount for AMP9. The let agreements will run alongside other existing agreements (that will be used to deliver the AMP8 and 9 programmes) which are outside the scope of works and services included in this PIN. Examples include the Smart Metering Programme.

A market launch event will take place on 17/10/2023. Affinity Water welcomes interest and feedback from all sections of the market, including from suppliers that do not traditionally operate in the Water Industry. Affinity Water will be willing to work with those suppliers if successful. Attendance is both subject to availability and is strictly restricted to 2 attendees per organisation. Lunch will be provided.
