The Authority has put in place a Framework Agreement for Franking Machines & Consumables - the supply, delivery and maintenance, via lease and purchase arrangements, of Franking Machines, associated products and services including installation and configuration of equipment and provision of consumables to the UK Further and Higher education sector bodies and wider public bodies, which include APUC Ltd's members and affiliated bodies, Central Government Departments in Scotland and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS Scotland, Scotland Excel members and any associated or affiliated bodies, Leisure Centres and the following purchasing consortia and their members: NWUPC (Including Northern Ireland Institutions), NEUPC, HEPCW, LUPC and SUPC.

The Authority has appointed Contractors for the supply, delivery and maintenance, via lease and purchase arrangements, of Franking Machines, associated products and services including installation and configuration of equipment and provision of consumables to the UK Further and Higher education sector bodies and wider public bodies, which include APUC Ltd's members and affiliated bodies, Central Government Departments in Scotland and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS Scotland, Scotland Excel members and any associated or affiliated bodies, Leisure Centres and the following purchasing consortia and their members: NWUPC (Including Northern Ireland Institutions), NEUPC, HEPCW, LUPC and SUPC.

Please note the Framework Value quoted includes 'pass through' costs including postage costs set by Royal Mail. The actual estimated spend for the total potential Framework Agreement period excluding these costs is 4,709,396 GBP.
