The purpose of this contract is to be able to deliver a Home Improvement Agency Service in its entirety. Processing of grants, overseeing and awarding works contracts, managing grants for adaptions both major and minor for works and services. Delivering a range of services to enable disabled, elderly and vulnerable people to continue to live in their own homes. Delivering all aspects of Home Improvement Agency (HIA) including accessing advice for finance, funding, charitable funding, grants, benefits, insurance, savings, energy efficiency, health and safety and all relevant signposting of services to enable them to remain in their homes.
