There is a capacity of 109 beds over several buildings, as well as lounge spaces, kitchenettes, classrooms, bathrooms, and a boathouse.
The Authority wishes to appoint a service provider who is able to provide a consistently high standard of cleaning services as outlined in the tender documentation.

seven.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
This contract was initially awarded to a different supplier (United Cleaning Solutions) on 06/10/2021 following the conclusion of the first standstill period. However, the supplier subsequently withdrew from the procedure. The Authority re-ran a standstill period and awarded the contract to Bay Cleaning Services (the next highest-ranked tenderer still in the process) on 15/11/2021.
