North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (the Relevant Authority), who undertook a competition to commission Community Based Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service for Newcastle Place under the NHS Standard Contract 2023/24.

The contract length is 5 years (3 years plus an optional 24 month extension period, subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance and at the discretion of the Relevant Authority), commencing 01 February 2025.

• By delivering a service which will achieve optimum cost effectiveness.
