The role of the Residents' Independent Tenant Leasehold Advisor (ITLA) is to provide independent and impartial evaluation and advice to enable residents of existing WCC homes to interact fully and play an informed role in the regeneration of their homes and the surrounding neighbourhood specifically for phase 2 of the project.
