2gether Support Solutions Ltd. (herein referred to as "our" or "us" or "we") was formed in April 2018 as a new, wholly owned subsidiary company of one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK, East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (the "Trust"). We provide essential support services to the Trust, from facilities and property management to catering, procurement and portering.

We seek to determine the level of potential interest from, and capability of, suitably experienced and qualified Consultants to support the delivery of the Capital Programme over the coming years- - ideally SMEs based in and around Kent. We are is looking to appoint partners who are interested in working collaboratively, who are responsive, adaptive and innovative, who prioritise health and safety and who can provide cost certainty and best value.

We are seeking to appoint one, or more, competent, suitably experienced and qualified Consultancies to deliver services in the following anticipated lots:

Lot 1 - Building Surveyors
Lot 2 - Architects, Multi Disciplinary (M&E and Structural)
Lot 3 - Project Managers
Lot 4 - Quantity Surveyors
Lot 5 - Commissioning Consultants

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is alerting the market to a virtual pre-tender market engagement exercise event that is anticipated to take place on the morning of Wednesday, 18th October 2023.

This event will explore the opportunity further and help inform the procurement strategy, prior to the commencement of any procurement exercise in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015.

If you are a suitably experienced provider of one, or more, of the above construction consultancy services requirements and interested in delivering your services to help support us, then you must register to attend this event by emailing 2gether.corporateprocurement@nhs.net no later than 17:00 on Thursday, 14th October 2023.

Please state "C214015 Construction Consultancy Services event registration" in your email subject line and provide the full name, role, organisation name, email address and main telephone number (landline or mobile) of the representative(s) you wish to attend within the body text of your email.

Once registered, your nominated representatives will be sent a virtual conferencing link to be able to attend the event at least 48 hours before the event is due to start. At that time, further guidance will also be issued regarding timings and event etiquette etc.

This PIN is NOT being used to commence any public procurement process of any kind. As such, we reserve the right to alter any aspect of the proposed contract opportunity or, not proceed with it, at its sole discretion. Furthermore, we are NOT bound to commence any procurement following the pre-tender market engagement exercise, or otherwise.

Participants are responsible for their own costs of participating in the pre-tender market engagement exercise and any subsequent procurement process if conducted.

two.2.14) Additional information

The proposed new contract may be divided into lots. The structure of any lots have not yet been confirmed. Details of any finalised lot structure will be set out in any future Contract Notice.

As such, 2gether Support Solutions reserves the right to alter any aspect of the proposed contract opportunity or, not proceed with it, at its sole discretion. Furthermore, 2gether Support Solutions is NOT bound to commence any procurement following the pre-tender market engagement exercise, or otherwise.
