Project Overview:
The Contracting Authority intends to complete the final three phases of the existing Orbit scheme at St Annes Quarter in Norwich. This project involves the construction of 190 new homes, comprising 181 apartments and 9 townhouses. The scheme is a continuation of previous work, with some basement and piling works already completed on the brownfield site.
Scope of Work:
Design and Build contract under JCT D&B 2024 form.
