West Yorkshire Combined Authority wishes to engage an organisation to design and deliver a bespoke programme of skills training and business support which is tailored to the creative industries freelancers and micro businesses. The support aims to help freelancers and micro businesses grow and thrive by providing tailored support that responds to their needs, referring them to other appropriate resources, services and industry bodies, and establishing region-wide networks. The successful organisation will also work closely with the Local Authority freelancer networks to develop these networks by supporting them with the business skills training and supporting them to become more diverse.

West Yorkshire Combined Authority wishes to engage an organisation to design and deliver a bespoke programme of skills training and business support which is tailored to the creative industries freelancers and micro businesses. The contract length is expected to be approximately 22 months.

Indicative Budget is £150,000 ex VAT.
