two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Milnbank wish to appoint an Asset Management & Development Consultant to undertake the provision of these services as outlined below.

The service will be required for 4 days (28 hours) per week over 46 weeks,

Must be available for immediate start 12 December 2022,

The contract will be for 3-year contract with option to extend for a further 2 years,

The quality/price split will be 70%/30% (70% quality and 30% price)
